SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS

Our shipment policy is Standard Shipping. This means that you might receive your merchandise from 3 to 7 working days after your order is placed. Shipment is free for all orders.

We can also deliver your order to any of our retail stores close to you and you can pick it up after confirmation that the package arrived to desired retail location. This shipment option is also free of charge. Once we receive the item in store you will be notified by phone or message  that you can pick it up. It's not possible to pick up item from store before you get notification.

We do not ship outside the territory of Israel.

EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Our shipments will be delivered mostly within the first 3 working days. Depending on zip code, the shipping could take up to 10 working days. We only deliver packages Monday through Friday. We do not deliver during weekends neither holidays. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any order.

Same delivery times work for "Pick up in stores" orders.
